Melissa Conlee
I have been in the orthodontic field, caring for patients since 1997. I attended Tarleton State University where I studied nursing and animal science. I am currently the lead Orthodontic Assistant at Lakeway Orthodontics. I originally got into the orthodontic field because it allows me to continually challenge myself and because I love being part of a team that enhances beautiful smiles. My wonderful husband Billy of Four years and myself, enjoy the outdoors and being with family and friends. We reside in our lovely first home, in the hill country, with our two dogs and three cats.

Naomi Deleon
I have worked in administration in general dentistry for five years before deciding to make a change to orthodontics. I have dedicated my professional career to dentistry and customer service. I am very dedicated and look forward to welcoming you to Lakeway Orthodontics. My husband, John and I have a wonderful life raising a fantastic son, Sebastian. In my spare time I devote my time to my family and friends. I also love traveling, shopping, and boating.

Lindsey Bartley
I am the lead Patient Care Coordinator at Lakeway Orthodontics. I attended Texas State University where I receive a degree in Psychology and BioChemistry. I then went on to further my education and attended the University Of Texas where I became Project Management Certified. I joined the Lakeway Orthodontic team in early 2010 and enjoy the warm and caring atmosphere Dr. Dykes and the whole staff provide for the patients. My time outside of work is spent with my precious one year old daughter and my amazing husband at our home here in Lakeway.
